Activity 1: Dealing with Stress

If I have strees I frist take 3 deep breths  to calm me down if that dose not help me I take a drink of water if that dose not help I can tell my perent or my teachers or my siblings or one of my family members that I can trust . What would you do if you hade streess !!!

    I liked your tips about what you can do to calm down when you are feeling stressed. I especially liked the one about talking to someone about how you are feeling; I often talk to my mum or my friends if I am feeling stressed, and find that that usually makes me feel better.

    I also really enjoy baking when I am stressed; my favourite things to make are cupcakes and brownies. Do you like to bake?
