Activity 1: Moana
In late 2016, the movie Moana was released by Disney. It’s a beautiful story about a young Polynesian girl from the fictional island of Motunui, who goes on a big adventure.

What is it about is it is about a girl named Moana and she was the ochin of the sea when she was little she loved to play in the sea the sea gave her the green stone she kept it to herself one day she said to her dad let me go and find Maui and she also showed him the stone but he did not belev her so he throwed the green stone her grand ma found it and gave it to her befor she died and she said go and find Maui........

I watched Moana with my little sister and she loved the movie! I thought the movie was great because it had a lot of fun songs that were nicely sung and very catchy!
Thank you for sharing the list of characters in the movie! I have forgotten the name of Moana's dad and her grandma but now I know, thanks to you! I like your summary of the beginning of the movie! It would have been better if you added full stops in between your one long sentence for readers like me to take a breath :) I wonder what the green stone would actually look like in real life! I wonder if it would actually shine and glimmer like it does in the movie.
